- Delivery usually takes 5–12 business days.
- Every order ships insured and tracked.

Processing
Orders are packed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day. You'll get an email with your tracking number as soon as your label is created.
Tracking
Allow up to 24 hours for the tracking link to update. Can't find the email? Check your spam or promotions folder, or email hi@trysaero.com.
Customs and duties
International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes when they arrive. These are set by the destination country and aren't included in our prices.
Lost or missing packages
If your tracking says delivered but you can't find your package, check with neighbours or your building first, then email hi@trysaero.com and we'll help.
Wrong address
Email hi@trysaero.com within 2 hours of ordering and we'll do our best to update it before it ships.
