Shipping policy

The Short Version:

  • Processing Time: 1–2 business days.

  • Standard Shipping: 5–12 business days.

1. Processing Time

We know you want your order fast. All orders are processed and packed within 24–48 hours from our fulfilment center.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number the moment your label is created.

2. Shipping Rates & Estimates

We work with premium carriers to ensure your clips arrive safely.

3. Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a live tracking link. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking link to update in the carrier's system.

4. International Shipping

Yes, we ship worldwide!

  • Customs & Duties: While we do our best to cover logistics costs, international orders may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT) which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Saero is not responsible for these charges if they are applied.

5. Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking says "Delivered" but you can’t find your package, please check with neighbors or your building manager first.

  • If you selected Priority Insured Shipping at checkout, your package is fully covered against loss or theft. Please contact us immediately so we can file a claim and send a replacement.

  • For standard shipping, we are not liable for packages verified as delivered by the carrier, but we will do our best to help you track it down.

6. Wrong Address?

It happens! If you realize you entered the wrong address, please email us immediately (within 2 hours). We process orders very quickly, but we will do our best to update it before it ships.
